- Volvo coverage is limited to TRW EMS engine units.

Which truck brands does the kit cover?
The kit holds all platform licenses for Mercedes-Benz, MAN, Iveco, Scania and Volvo. Coverage is widest on Mercedes-Benz, MAN and Scania (engine, gearbox, brakes, keys), narrower on Iveco, and limited to TRW EMS engine control units on Volvo. Buses, tractors and machines with modules from the same electronic families are covered as well.
Is VAT charged on deliveries within the EU?
Deliveries to companies with a valid EU VAT number in another EU member state are invoiced as intra-community supplies, with VAT reverse charge. The VAT number is checked in VIES. Private buyers and companies without an EU VAT number are not served from this page.
How is the kit shipped?
The kit ships from Romania by insured courier. The shipping cost is confirmed in your quote.
Which computer comes with the kit?
A Panasonic Toughbook CF-54 rugged laptop, configured to run the Truck Explorer v8 application. The application drives the VEI V8 WiFi interface and, on the bench, the DirectConnect 2U tool.
What is included in the price besides the hardware?
All platform licenses, 700 tokens and 12 months of software updates and support. One blank FBS3 key and the IRRF tool are in the package.
Can more licenses or tokens be added later?
Yes. The license system of the Truck Explorer platform is extensible, so extra licenses and tokens can be added to the kit later.
